使用溫度大於30℃ 時買一罐硬+一罐超硬  (保險)

使用溫度小於10℃ 時：

買一罐硬+一罐軟

使用溫度小於0℃ 時：

買一罐軟 + 一罐特製超軟 

• 建議平常訓練可以準備一罐自己適用硬度, 再由比賽場地的當天的溫度來決定買哪款( 硬 or 軟 )
• 硬的比較難抹開 黏著度與止滑效果較好
• 軟的比較好抹開 但黏著度與止滑效果就沒有硬的那麼好

亞特拉斯巨石表面基本上經過拋光處理

一般止滑粉很難沒辦法達到止滑的效果

止滑液的作用也極爲有限

特製的黏膠才能讓雙臂緊貼巨石，讓重量更往驅幹集中、更好發力

Hard / Soft

Recommended for extreme temperatures -

When the usage temperature is above 30°C:

Buy hard + extra hard (MIX FOR insurance)

When the usage temperature is below 10°C:

Buy hard + soft

When the usage temperature is below 0°C:

Buy soft + specially formulated extra soft

It is recommended to usually prepare a can of the hardness suitable for your training, and then decide which one to buy (hard or soft) based on the temperature of the competition venue on the day.
The hard type is more difficult to spread, but has better adhesion and anti-slip effect.
The soft type is easier to spread, but the adhesion and anti-slip effect are not as good as the hard type.

The surface of the Atlas Stone is basically polished.

General anti-slip powder can hardly achieve the anti-slip effect.

The effect of anti-slip liquid is also very limited.

Only specially formulated adhesive can make the arms stick tightly to the stone, allowing the weight to be more concentrated towards the torso and making it easier to exert force.
